German backpacker Carolina Wilga spent 11 nights lost in the WA bush before a local farmer found her on Friday afternoon. Bushcraft expert Gordon Dedman says bush skills should be taught much more broadly to give people the best chance they can at survival if they find themselves in a situation like Carolina did.
